Duration: the training lasts 2 hours and is offered online.
Content: as a Lead you can be directly affected by changes through restructuring. Team members either keep their jobs, leave for another team or have to leave the organization. That has an impact, on themselves and on you as a manager. In this training we reflect on your own experience and employee experiences regarding these changes. You will gain insight into how you deal with changes, which emotions and thoughts play an important role in changing behaviour and how to maintain in control.
Result: you gain more insight into what uncertainty can do to employee behaviour and how you can guide and manage your employees in a targeted way in changing circumstances.
