Content: Changes in the workplace often bring uncertainty. You may experience various emotions and limiting thoughts. Even if you are not personally being laid off, you can still be affected by the departure of colleagues and its impact on your own work situation. This training offers space to explore your personal experience of these changes. You will gain insight into how you deal with them, which emotions and thoughts play a role, and how you can retain control.
Result: You gain a deeper understanding of how uncertainty can influence behavior, how you personally experience it, and how you can (re)take control to shape your career with more confidence and energy.
