Content: Change at work brings uncertainty. You may experience different emotions and limiting thoughts. Even if you are not personally made redundant, you can still be emotionally affected by departing colleagues and the consequences for your own work context. This training provides space for your personal experience of these changes. You’ll gain insight into how you deal with them, which emotions and thoughts play a role, and how you can stay in control.
