Training in coping with change

Goal: Learn how to deal with change effectively, adapt without losing yourself, and stay in control of your own future.

For whom: All Leads who are facing changes in their roles and want to remain agile and resilient in a dynamic work environment.

Duration: The training lasts 2 hours and is offered online.

Content: As a Lead, you may be directly affected by organizational changes — for example, if your position becomes redundant or is no longer transferable. This can bring up emotions such as uncertainty, sadness, or frustration. At the same time, you may see your team members move to other teams. While they retain their jobs, this often feels like starting a new role in a different environment. These changes impact them, and you as their leader.
This training provides space to reflect on your own experience of these transitions. You’ll gain insight into how you respond, what emotions and thoughts are involved, and how to (re)take control in a way that aligns with your personal and professional values.

Result: You’ll learn how to deal with uncertainty, gain insight into your own resilience, understand how your brain responds to change, and discover how to stay on track.
